Terms of Sale

Thank you for choosing a piece for your home. These terms explain how ordering works on jordannaswiatlo.com, so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment your print arrives.

This website is run by Jordanna Swiatlo, trading as Little Pomegranate, based in Melbourne, Australia. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Jordanna Swiatlo, and "you" means the person placing the order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The prints

Each print is a limited edition reproduction of an original painting. Every work is released in a limited edition per size, signed and numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Once an edition at a particular size has sold out, it will not be reprinted at that size.

Prints are produced on acid-free 320gsm textured cotton paper and framed by our framing partner in Melbourne, in the frame and matboard you choose at checkout.

Sizes listed are the size of the print itself. The finished framed size is larger, and depends on the frame and matboard chosen.

Colour and finish

Every print is colour matched with care by our printing partners, so it stays true to the original painting. Even so, colours can look slightly different from one screen to the next, so the print you receive may vary a little from how it appears on your device.

The paper has a natural textured surface, and the timber frames are a natural material, so small variations in grain and tone are part of their character rather than a fault.

Made to order

Every piece is printed and framed to order, once your order is placed. Nothing is held in stock. We will confirm an expected timeframe with you once your order is received.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Prices may change from time to time, and the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

If a price on the website is shown incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before your order is produced. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price, or cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. We may need to cancel an order if a size has sold out, or if there is an error in the order or its price. If that happens, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged for each piece, so the right packing and method are chosen for its size and destination. After your order is placed, we will contact you with a delivery quote before your piece is despatched.

Returns and refunds

As every piece is made to order, change of mind returns are not offered. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please see our Refund & Exchange Policy, which explains what to do and how we will put it right.

Caring for your print

To help your print last, hang it away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. UV resistant anti-glare glass is available on request for extra protection in bright rooms.

Copyright

All artwork, images and text on this website remain the property of Jordanna Swiatlo. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical piece. It does not transfer copyright or any right to copy, reproduce or share the artwork commercially.

Trade and partners

Orders placed by stockists, stylists, interior designers and other creative partners may be covered by a separate agreement. Where a separate agreement applies, it takes priority over these terms.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect loss arising from your order.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website when you place it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
