Hosting
This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal information when you visit, including:
- Information about your browser, network and device
- Web pages you visited before coming to this website
- Web pages you view while on this website
- Your IP address

When you buy a print
When you purchase from this website we collect personal information in order to fulfil the order. This may include your:
- Billing and shipping address
- Details relating to your purchase, such as size, frame and matboard
- Email address
- Name
- Phone number
We share this information with Squarespace, our online store provider, so they can provide website and shipping services to us. We also share the information necessary for delivery with our framer and our courier, so that your piece can be packed and despatched.
As you move through checkout, this site may complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you.
Payment
We use Squarespace Payments, a payment solution provided to us by Squarespace. Squarespace Payments uses the following third parties, who will also receive your personal information and process it under their own privacy policies:

Customer accounts
If you create a customer account, we collect personal information to improve checkout and customer service. This may include your billing and shipping addresses, details about your orders, email address, name and phone number. We provide this to Squarespace so they can provide website services to us.
Emails about your order
We may email you about your order or account activity. For example, to confirm a purchase, to tell you an order has shipped, or to confirm a password reset. It is not possible to unsubscribe from these, as they are part of the service.
Marketing emails
If you sign up, we may send you occasional emails about new work, new prints and where the collection is showing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any of these emails.
We provide your contact details to Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these on our behalf.
Abandoned cart emails
You may receive an automated email within 24 hours if you enter your email address at checkout or are logged in, add a product to your cart, and then leave the website without completing the purchase. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of that email.
When you contact us
When you use a form on this website, we collect the information requested in that form so we can respond to you. For a general enquiry that is usually your name, email address and message. For a partnership enquiry it may also include details about your business or space.
We provide this to Squarespace so they can provide website services to us and help us manage our correspondence with you.
Fonts
This website serves and renders fonts using Google Fonts. To display the site correctly, Google may receive information about your browser, network or device, the page you are viewing, and your IP address.

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and business purposes, which in Australia is generally five years. Enquiry and marketing information is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
